What is E-Pay?
E-Pay is a secure, fraud resistant electronic transfer of an authorized payment from a company/consumer's credit card, checking or savings account into the account of Saia.
What forms of payment are accepted on E-Pay?
E-Pay accepts credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express), company and personal checks or savings accounts.
How do I access E-Pay?
E-Pay can be accessed via Saia Secure. Complete the registration process. Enter pertinent information and your E-Pay options will be available at next Saia Secure sign-in.
Do I need a user ID and password?
Yes, you must have Saia Secure access to request our E-Pay option.
Who is eligible for E-Pay?
E-Pay is available to all Saia Secure users.
When will the E-Pay funds be withdrawn from my account?
E-Pay funds paid by credit card and handled within three business days, company or savings accounts will be processed on a weekly basis.
Can I pay multiple accounts through this program?
Yes, as long as each Saia bill is paid from the same bank account, you can sign up multiple accounts under the E-Pay service.
What if a payment is rejected by the bank?
Payments may be rejected by a financial institution for insufficient funds, closed accounts or other reasons. When a payment is rejected, you will be notified via e-mail of any E-Pay returns. If your payment is rejected for any reason, Saia reserves the right to charge a processing fee on your next bill. Saia also reserves the right to discontinue your participation in E-Pay.
