Saia, a less-than-truckload trucking company serving the Santa Rosa, CA market, today announced the Santa Rosa terminal has moved to a larger location to better service customers throughout the northern California area. "Being located in this facility provides approximately double the space we had in the old facility," said Regional Operations and Sales Manager Butch Breneman. "We have new office space, twice the number of doors and twice the amount of space. As a result, we believe we will have a more efficient operation overall," he said. "We are excited about our new location and look forward to continuing to provide quality service to our customers," said Breneman. Saia measures six primary indicators developed as the result of in-depth research from customers making transportation buying decisions. Those six indicators, referred to as Saia’s Customer Service Indicators̉, (CSIs) include, in addition to on-time delivery and on-time pick-up, claims-free shipment percentage, claims settled within 30 days, proof of delivery (POD) turnaround and invoicing accuracy. Saia is the only carrier in its class to publish a Customer Service Indicator index, making those results available to its customers.
