Saia To Open Bend, OR and Pasco, WA Terminals
Saia will open terminals in Bend, OR and Pasco, WA on Monday, July 9, enabling the company to provide timely intrastate shipments across Oregon and Washington, Saia President and CEO Rick O'Dell announced today. "The growth we have experienced in both these states led to the need for locating terminals in these areas," said O'Dell. "There is a lot of excitement in our organization right now, and we believe these moves will continue to position us to be the leader in the one and two day markets in these busy sections of Oregon and Washington," said O'Dell. The major advantage of having facilities strategically located in these areas is that it provides a well-structured network of terminals allowing Saia to provide competitive intrastate service throughout each state, said O'Dell.
