Saia Receives ITW Ramset/Red Head Choice Partner Award
Saia has been presented the Illinois Tool Works (ITW) Ramset/Red Head Choice Partner Award for the year 2000. "This is a great honor because it’s the first time we have been selected for this award," said Senior Vice President of Operations and Sales Tony Albanese. Saia was selected on the following criteria: On-time service, claims-free handling, invoice accuracy, claims settled in 30-days, driver courtesy, and Saia responsiveness. "We ranked near the top in every category," said Albanese. "And we are at or near the top again this year." Carla Resko, ITW Ramset/Red Head logistics manager in Itasca, Ill, and Charlotte Lott, ITW National Distribution manager, presented the award to Atlanta Sales Representative Bob Casey in ceremonies last month. Also in attendance for the presentation was Atlanta City Driver Morgan Gore.
