Saia Adds Another Tool To Web Site

Saia Motor Freight has added another customer tool to its redesigned web site. Effective this month, customers now have the option for a freight bill review. This allows customers the ability to quickly resolve questions they may have regarding their freight bill.

The freight bill review is in the secure section of Saia's web site and allows customers to interact directly with Saia in requesting clarification of freight bill charges.

Saia is constantly updating and changing its web site. During the past few months, Saia has added a number of enhancements and features to its redesigned site. Among those are the company's Customer Service Indicator® (CSI) monthly results by specific customer location.

Saia's CSI is an index of performance measurements that include on-time pick-up, on-time delivery, claims settled within 30 days, claims-free shipments proof of delivery (POD) turnaround and invoice accuracy. Saia is the only carrier in its class to offer a published report on these six measurements each month.
