Saia Receives Quest for Quality Award

Saia has been presented with the prestigious Quest for Quality award from Logistics Management magazine.

The award was presented to Saia President and CEO Rick O’Dell in ceremonies during the Council of Logistics Management (CLM) conference in Chicago, IL recently. Logistics Management magazine readers voted Saia a winner in the South/South Central Regional LTL Carriers’ division.

The award, celebrating its 20th anniversary, is well respected by the transportation industry. It is presented to carriers based on an evaluation and measurement of "the best" transportation service providers in the logistics industry, by the people who actually make the transportation buying decision. Respondents were asked to rank carriers on a scale in five areas, which included: on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service and equipment & operations.
