How can I obtain a proof of delivery (POD) or delivery receipt?
If you have received your secure password, you can simply select the Imaging option under Saia Secure. If you have NOT received your secure site information, you can select the option under Tracking/Tracing.
Can I access my Bill of Lading/PODs on-line?
Yes, Saia offers image retrevial via our secure section of the website. If you would like to request secure information, please click here
How long are documents available on-line?
Images are available on-line for up to 90 days. Should you request an image older than 90 you do have an option to request a POD fax.
What is a freight bill/pro # and how should it be entered?
Freight bill /pro # is a number assigned to each shipment by the carrier and used for tracking the shipment to its destination. Freight bill numbers vary in how they are formatted. At Saia, we check status by the nine digit number (no dashes). The last digit is a check digit and is not needed for tracking purposes.
How do I save images from the web page?
You cannot save images to your computer but you have the option to print, e-mail or fax any of the 4 imaged documents.
