ITEM 648 Overweight Volume Loads or Shipments of Unauthorized Explosives

Charges, fees or fines levied by State Highway Departments, Departments of States, Cities of Municipalities for the following reasons shall be the responsibility of the shipper:
  1. Overweight volume loads caused by misrepresentation of weight by shipper.
  2. Shipments of unauthorized explosives.
The carrier will charge an additional $75.00 to the shipper for the handling of the above.
