When revised pages amend this tariff, the cancellation of prior pages except the Title Page will be effected by means of this rule. A revised page will not show a cancellation notice except when a cancellation notice is necessary because of suspension, rejection or other reasons. Revisions of each page will be filed in numerical sequence. |
