Single Shipment Picking up 1 shipment which weighs 500 lbs or less and no other shipments from that customer on this pick-up. Charge $16.00

Arrival Notice / Set Appointment Required to call before delivery, and/or set appointment for freight to be delivered within 24 hours. Charge $32.00

Marking or Tagging The provisions of NMFC Item 580 will apply, however, carrier will, at the request of the shipper or consignee, change or alter according to instructions, the markings or tags on any packages or pieces of freight - subject to the following charges: $2.75 per package or piece of freight, on which the marking or tag is changed or altered, subject to a minimum charge of $45.00 per shipment.

Limited Access Locations Shipments including but not limited to: schools, churches, mini storage, prisons, military installations and construction sites are subject to an additional charge of $79.00 per shipment.

Liftgate Service When carrier is required or requested to employ mechanicial loading or unloading devices, an additional charge of $5.00 per 100 pounds, minimum charge of $78.00 and maximum charge of $200.00 will be accessed upon actual weight of shipment or shipments for which such service is rendered.

Inbond Charge A shipment that has not yet cleared customs. Charge $2.00 cwt/$40.00 min

Inside Delivery Delivery of freight not immediately adjacent to the vehicle (beyond first room of customers site). Charge $7.20cwt/$70.00 min/$500.00 max

Excessive Length 16 foot Shipments consisting of articles equal to or greater than 16 feet in any one dimension will be assessed an additional surcharge of $45.00 per shipment in addition to all other lawfully published rates and/or charges.

Hazardous Materials Shipments of Hazardous Materials as defined by Department of Transportation Regulations, will be subject to a handling charge of $17.00 per shipment in additional to all other lawful charges.

Residential Delivery Delivery of freight to a residential address. Charge $5.50 cwt/$80.00 min/$400.00 max
