How do I request a User Id and Password?

Why would I need to use Saia Secure?

Saia offers a variety of options via our secure site. All secure functions as associated to account information.

How long does it take to receive authorization for the secure section of the Saia site?

The turnaround time is approximately 48 hrs. This application involves sensitive business information and therefore, we have to verify your registration information.

Can two people be logged in with one user id at the same time?

Only one person can be logged in under a user id at a time. If someone logs on they will boot the first person off. If you have multiple people that need web access we suggest each person requesting their own, personal user id and password.

I was linked to a page from your old site and it is not working. What do I do?

You will need to reset all old book marks from the new site. Simply go to www.saia.com and select the option you were using before. Once you are to that page, save the link and delete the old link.

When I log into Saia Secure, where are all the available options?

In our new layout, simply click the Secure menu button to the left and all functions will display below.
